College/Career Corner

This section of the "Resources" Webpage is devoted to help guide Cadets and their Families through College/Career Readiness processes. ENS Tatiana Tlatenchi, USNSCC is our unit's "Coach" and is accessable to our Cadets and their Families. Periodically drill periods will be scheduled in the Division Plan of the Month (POM) to give Cadets a chance to discuss thier questions with our Caoch. Cadets and/or thir Families are welcome to contact ENS Tlatenchi directly at asktoday1@gmail.com.

OCT 2012: PSAT (Prelim. Stanford Aptitude Test) is being administered Oct 17th and Oct 20th.

Coach says: "All cadets 9th grade and above should sign up for it at their high school thru their college office or counselor. Their is no online registration. Their is a fee, but ask for a fee waiver."

Training Order Preparations

When submitting training orders Form (Request for Training Authority - NSCTNG 001 (REV 09/09), please follow these requirements:

1. Submit Forms No Later Than (TBD when information from National Headquarters is released) to the Admin Office.

2. Every Block must be filled in (ID Card Expiration Date, Rank, PRT Passed/Failed, Insurance Information (if no insurance, must put "no Insurance"), Current E-mail Address)

3. Dates are wirtten as DD/MMM/YR such as 19 MAR 12

4. Medications needed by a Cadet on a Training must be documented on NSCTNG 025 Form. This form can be found on the next column over on this page.
